Thank you for your interest in sponsoring Florida Supercon. Now entering its fifth year, Florida Supercon is one of the fastest growing genre conventions in the United States and the largest event of its kind in South Florida. Florida Supercon takes place this year June 18-20, 2010

With attendance growing steady each and every year, now is the perfect time to consider advertising at the show and/or becoming a sponsor. Florida Supercon had over 5,400 attendees in 2009 and we anticipate significant growth in 2010. As you will see, we are very aggressive in the promotion of our event and can be just as aggressive in the promotion of your company in concert with ours.

As well, we're always open to new ideas and can customize your sponsorship to suit your needs.

Sponsorship and Advertising are available in the following ways:

1. Program Guide Advertising:
This years program will be a beautiful, glossy, collectible comic book sized booklet. There will be 7,500 copies printed to be distributed over the course of the weekend to our attendees. Advertising rates are as follows:
Full page (B/W): $400
1/2 page (B/W): $200
1/4 page (B/W): $150
Inside front cover (Color): $500
Inside back cover (Color): $500
Back Cover (Color): $600 (Sold)
Deadlines: All advertising copy must be in the Supercon office by May 10, 2009.
Payment: Payment is required with ad copy, on or before each deadline. We accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards.

2. Main Events Stage Sponsorship: $2,000
(One sponsorship available)
•One 10x10 Exhibitors booth at Florida Supercon, with electricity and internet
•Four Exhibitor Badges with VIP access to all VIP events
•Sponsorship of the Main Events Stage. The Main Events Stage features the biggest and best events at Florida Supercon, and has seating for up to 2,000 people at a time.
•Stage wrap (sponsor pays for wrap) to be hung from the front of the stage for the entire weekend of the event. Your logo will be seen by all attendees at the show and for years to come by people viewing event footage online.
•Full page ad in the Florida Supercon Program Guide
•Company logo on all printed marketing materials (including up to 125,000 flyers/postcards and advertising)

3. Second Stage Sponsorship: $1,800
(One sponsorship available)
•One 10x10 Exhibitors booth at Florida Supercon, with electricity and internet
•Four Exhibitor Badges with VIP access to all VIP events
•Sponsorship of the Second Events Stage. The Second Events Stage is located in the main exhibition room near the vendors and serves for main events that require less space and seating than the main stage. The Second Stage has seating for up to 500 people at a time.
•Stage wrap (sponsor pays for wrap) to be hung from the front of the stage for the entire weekend of the event. Your logo will be seen by all attendees at the show and for years to come by people viewing event footage online.

13. Main Event Sponsorship $350
Sponsor one of the other main events at Florida Supercon. By sponsoring an event, you will have your company name and logo added to all promotional material for the event, including the program guide and events page on our website. In addition your company will be plugged on stage prior to the start of the event and at the end of the event. Events available for sponsorship include:
